IT Support Engineer I

As an IT Support Technician at Amazon, you’ll maintain and support the IT systems at a busy logistics site, partnering with on-site teams and remote support. You’ll resolve issues, manage tickets, and contribute to proactive maintenance that keeps IT equipment highly available. • Install, support, and fix issues on IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications
• Manage tickets with first- and second-line support
• Provide proactive maintenance to maximise IT equipment availability
• Lead or participate in projects and deliver innovations with IT Service colleagues
• Work in a rotating shift system

• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with hardware and software including Microsoft Office and Windows
• Experience in IT support or IT asset management and procurement
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Valid EU driver’s license
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system
