Key Account Manager Amazon (m/f/d)

As Key Account Manager Amazon, you will steer BRITA’s Amazon business across multiple European markets. You collaborate with international Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. The role involves forecasting, planning, and executing commercial initiatives with a focus on growth, profitability, and market share. You will stay ahead of Amazon developments and drive strategic improvements in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Manage Amazon account across multiple European markets and drive sustainable growth
• Develop and execute growth plans to hit sales, profitability, and market share targets
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and implement improvements
• Lead forecasting and business planning with local and central stakeholders
• Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain to execute commercial initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities via assortment expansion, promotions, and new business models
• Build cross-functional relationships to align goals across countries and levels
• Stay updated on Amazon trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, Economics, or comparable
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, Amazon, or online retail
• Strong understanding of Amazon, marketplace dynamics, and digital business models
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into business recommendations
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders
