Overview

As Lead Designer, you guide studio production and collaborate with international brand managers to create digital designs for innovation and marketing. You’ll oversee timing, scope, and delivery to meet the requestor’s needs while maintaining a strong aesthetic and brand governance. You manage complex projects, mentor designers, and drive process improvements across onboarding, pipelines, and best practices. This role offers influence over creative direction in a global, multi-channel context with a focus on quality and consistency. You will shape studio output and contribute to a high-performing, cross-functional team.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead complex design projects with multiple designers and stakeholders
Create and edit master and pre-production digital content to high quality
Localize and adapt assets for preproduction, product mockups, and marketing
Support studio vision and creative direction with the lead/ principal designer
Oversee product packaging and project design processes and stakeholder communications
Manage time, priorities, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Define onboarding, project pipeline, knowledge libraries, and best practices
Monitor design outputs for adherence to processes and cost/time estimates

Zentrale Anforderungen

7+ years of professional creative graphic design experience
Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Deep expertise in print production, prepress standards, and online graphic design
Proven capability in project management
Strong attention to quality control, brand governance, typography, and visual consistency
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration
