Lead Engineer Black Media (m/f/d) Construction

As Lead Engineer, you drive planning and design of Plant Utility and HVAC systems for cleanrooms, coordinating with clients, project teams and contractors. You will manage external partners, prepare planning documents and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with GMP, norms and standards. This role plays a central part in winning planning tasks and advancing complex industrial projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your technical expertise to shape critical facility systems at Exyte.

• Plan and design heating, cooling, and sanitary systems for cleanrooms
• Lead planning tasks and participate in offer preparation and negotiations
• Coordinate external partners and contractors
• Prepare planning documents and functional descriptions for cleanroom and HVAC
• Participate in 3D model and design reviews; act as contact person
• Ensure compliance with international norms, standards, GMP regulations, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare equipment and material lists and performance directory
• Handle cost determinations and price comparisons

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or building technology; several years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Plant Utility and HVAC systems and project experience
• Knowledge of technical requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD and calculation software
• Independent work style with strong communication and argumentation skills
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken
• Mobility and willingness to travel (class B license)
