Senior Engineer Plant Utility (m/f/d) Black Media

As a Senior Engineer, you will plan and execute plant utility systems (heating, cooling, steam, sanitary, and sprinkler) for industrial facilities. You’ll bridge clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure design quality and regulatory compliance. You lead design documentation, planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and supervise construction to deliver robust utility solutions. This role combines technical leadership with cross‑functional collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment, offering impact across projects and teams.

• Lead design and construction of utility systems for industrial plants (heating, cooling, steam, sanitary, sprinkler)
• Prepare feasibility, concept, basic and detailed designs
• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to meet technical specs and goals
• Oversee external planning partners and manage planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage project scope
• Supervise construction phase to ensure implementation aligns with design

• Several years of experience in design and construction of complex plant utility systems in a project environment
• Project experience in Germany is mandatory
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in building services, power generation engineering or thermomechanical engineering (or technician training with relevant focus)
