🚀 Lead Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js / TypeScript)

Up to €90K base salary

We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join one of Europe’s largest digital platforms in the mobility and e-commerce space.

The product reaches millions of users every month , and the team is on a mission to evolve its architecture, modernize the tech stack, and build truly scalable, high-performance web experiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a small, skilled frontend team
• Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
• Develop and maintain high-quality user-facing features with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams
• Advocate for performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the platform

What you bring

• Solid experience in React + Next.js (4+ years ideal)
• Proven track record in frontend architecture and technical leadership
• Experience mentoring or leading developers in a collaborative environment
• A passion for scalable, testable, clean code
• Bonus points for exposure to CI/CD , Node.js , or cloud environments
