Lead Systems Engineer - Maritime

• Design maritime solutions and own the system design scope
• Lead Verification and Validation for the full maritime system including supplier components
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Maritime Field Engineering to convert user experience into refined requirements
• Manage subcontractors and ensure seamless integration of system elements
• Serve as primary technical interface for campaigns and customer delivery
• Navigate defence procurement to bring maritime systems into service with required safety credentials

• Delivered maritime systems in a defence context
• SQEP in maritime operations with confidence in safety and compliance
• Lifecycle requirements management across a multi-supplier, integrated environment
• Fluent German and English for collaboration with German customers and pan-European teams
• Experience in defence procurement processes from development to operational service
• Architectures that satisfy customer problems from a technical perspective
• Hands-on experience with MBSE approaches
