Manager (m/f/d) Digital Development & Applications (R&D)

In this role you drive the digital transformation of Döhler's central R&D function with an AI-first approach. You will partner with business and IT to automate and optimize processes, delivering AI-powered solutions that add real value. You will manage projects from requirements to go-live, including change management and training, while ensuring stable operation of assigned applications. This is a chance to shape digital development in Development & Applications and to influence key corporate functions.

• Analyze and optimize business processes in Development & Applications focusing on AI, automation, and data
• Identify and evaluate suitable system solutions
• Collect, structure, and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop digital solutions, workflows, and automations aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage projects from requirements analysis to go-live, including change management and training
• Collaborate with management, business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Ensure stable operation of assigned applications and coordinate incidents and service/authorization requests

• Several years of experience in digitalization, process optimization, IT project management, or enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, data analysis, and modern IT solutions
• Experience in requirements management, solution design, and implementing digital solutions
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including at management level
• Enjoyment of driving change and inspiring the adoption of digital solutions
