In this role you will advance women’s cancer care by building scientific partnerships and guiding evidence-based discussions. You’ll shape regional engagement strategies and collaborate with external experts and internal teams to support oncology therapies. The position involves representing the company at conferences and advisory boards, driving education, and contributing to product development. You will work in a fast-paced global setting, leveraging digital channels to expand reach and impact.

• Develop strategic partnerships with external experts, investigators, and study groups in women’s cancers
• Conduct evidence-based scientific discussions and foster collaborative projects with healthcare professionals
• Build, expand, and maintain a robust regional network of medical and scientific partners
• Design and implement a regional engagement strategy using omnichannel digital platforms
• Partner with internal teams to align on scientific and operational goals
• Represent the company at medical conferences and advisory boards to support education and product development

• Several years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience in field-based Medical Affairs within Gynaecological Oncology or Oncology
• Strong scientific expertise in oncology, especially women’s cancers
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking
• Proactive, confident, resilient, adaptable, and flexible working style
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly advantageous
