Payroll Advisor (m/w/d)

In this role you will manage accurate payroll and personnel administration for assigned clients, ensuring timely processing and compliance. You will build long-term relationships with clients and advise them on payroll, HR administration, and social legislation. You will stay up-to-date with payroll knowledge and identify process improvements. The role supports SD Worx’s mission of turning HR into value by delivering reliable, client-focused payroll solutions.

• Manage accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s)
• Follow up on, calculate, and check payroll processing for clients
• Advise clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients
• Act as a contact point for employers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in payroll and personnel administration
• Identify and implement improvements in work processes

• strong interest in HR, payroll, and labor legislation
• knowledge of payroll engine Accurat HCM (advantage)
• able to work independently and accurately
