Physicist (m/f/d) – R&D Optical Inspection & Semiconductor Sorting

Stellenbeschreibung:

Overview

In this role you will design and optimize machine vision and optical systems for die inspection, bridging physics with practical engineering. You will characterize materials and defects, develop physical models for sorting machinery, and validate metrology-grade measurements. You’ll work closely with hardware and software teams to translate insights into specs, document results, and communicate findings to customers. The opportunity offers hands-on experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and contribution to high-precision manufacturing capabilities.
