Plan Document Specialist (Fully Remote)

What You'll Actually Do:

• Create and edit Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), restatements, and benefit summaries.
• Assess client intent and review internal documentation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions.

What You Bring to Our Team:

• English proficiency and associate's degree or equivalent.
• Good writing, editing, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Federal Health Care Laws preferred.
