Pre-Sales Architect/Solution Architect

In this role, you will partner with sales to design and articulate technically feasible solutions, guiding customers through workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs. You’ll create compelling technical content for RFIs/RFPs and address could-be-asked questions as part of the sales cycle. You’ll stay aligned with industry trends and customer processes while championing cloud and hybrid deployment models. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes customer solutions and drives business impact.

• Define and detail technical feasibility of proposed solutions with the sales team
• Deliver solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical education, and Proof of Concepts
• Produce technical content for RFIs/RFPs
• Support technical escalations and design customer solutions to progress sales
• Maintain understanding of client industry trends and business processes
• Advocate for integration platforms, APIs, microservices, B2B and file transfer governance
• Promote cloud and hybrid deployment models and related automation/testing technologies

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Strong relationship and organizational skills for cross-organization collaboration
• Ability to articulate business problems and propose Axway-based solutions with clear value propositions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives
• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends
• Familiarity with competitive technologies
