Overview

In this role you guide banks through SAP Fioneer's core and transaction banking solutions, translating business needs into compelling designs and ROI-backed proposals. You’ll lead demonstrations, workshops, and concept validation during early sales cycles, collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams to win business. You influence product roadmaps through market feedback and demonstrate measurable business value to decision-makers. This role offers global impact in a fast-evolving banking tech space.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead customer engagements to uncover needs and position SAP Fioneer solutions
Translate complex requirements into high-impact solution designs
Drive RFIs/RFPs from a solution perspective with value-based proposals
Create and deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and workshops for business and IT stakeholders
Develop ROI and business cases to support investment decisions
Convince banks’ decision-makers with technically sound, value-driven solutions
Provide market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and innovation focus

Zentrale Anforderungen

7+ years in banking technology, software vendors, or consulting with pre-sales or solution engineering experience
Strong understanding of core and transaction banking processes (e.g., corporate cash management, retail banking, cards, payments)
Track record in designing and presenting solutions and engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
Proven ability to craft value propositions and business cases
Excellent English communication skills; German preferred for DACH engagements
Familiarity with SAP and/or other core banking systems
