As Principal AI Architect, you will guide clients from early AI opportunities to scalable delivery, shaping how they operate with AI. You will sit at the intersection of business value, cutting-edge AI research, and robust software engineering. You’ll mentor senior engineers and consultants to turn AI potential into production reality while ensuring scalable, compliant solutions. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to shape proposals, assets, and roadmaps, influencing C‑suite decisions. This role offers impact across client delivery, governance, and continuous innovation in a leading digital consultancy.

- Architect complex AI ecosystems (RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, event-driven microservices)
- Shape AI opportunities and contribute to proposals, translating client needs into scalable solutions
- Act as strategic advisor to C‑level stakeholders and translate business challenges into AI roadmaps
- Set engineering standards for AI (LLM evaluation, Agentic workflows, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines)
- Pursue innovation and develop reusable assets to accelerate delivery
- Ensure governance and ethics, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance across solutions
- Mentor Senior AI Engineers and bridge data science with production software
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field
- Consulting mindset with experience shaping ambiguous problems into solutions
- Hands-on Python experience and cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
- Proven GenAI project delivery beyond chatbot scope
- German language proficiency at C1/C2 and English proficiency
- Cloud & DevOps knowledge (IaC, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Preferred certifications in Cloud Architecture or Data Engineering; experience with vector databases and orchestration tools
- Consulting mindset
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
