Principal AgenticAI Engineer / Architect at AI CoE (f/m/d)

In this role you drive enterprise-grade AgenticAI development and lead multiple scrum streams as technical artifact owner. You oversee end-to-end AI service lifecycles from PoC to production, shaping best practices for AI software productization across teams. You apply deep AI modeling, data engineering, and cloud-scale architecture to deliver impactful AI solutions. You’ll mentor colleagues and communicate complex AI concepts effectively. • Lead AI service development from PoC to production
• Develop and standardize a best-practice AI development framework across streams
• Define and evolve AI infrastructure architecture for applications
• Build and optimize big data pipelines for AI services
• Develop AI/ML models to solve business problems and productize them
• Productionize PoCs with CI/CD and MLOps practices
• Own AI services across development and production lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and grow AI engineering capabilities

• Extensive coding experience in Python or Java
• Strong data engineering and big data tooling experience (Databricks PySpark/Scala)
• Deep AI/ML knowledge and practical model deployment experience
• Hands-on with agentic AI communication tech (MCP and A2A)
• Experience with AIOps and LLMOps concepts (e.g., MLflow 3.0)
• Cloud infra design for AI on Azure/AWS/GCP
• Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, OpenAI, Huggingface, Crew)
• Experience with AgenticAI frameworks (Langgraph, CrewAI, Microsoft agent framework, google-adk)
• Solid software engineering and Scrum-like team leadership
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Linux; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow)
• Cloud services (Azure ML, Databricks, AKS, Event Hubs, Data Factory, Functions)
• Experience with openspec and coding agents (Claude, Cline, Copilot)
• Excellent English; German skills a plus
• Experience with SAP AI offerings (AI Core, AI Business Services, Joule) is a plus
