As Product Lifecycle Operations Manager, you will orchestrate the full product lifecycle across a cross-functional network in a hybrid Munich setting. You’ll ensure timely delivery of product changes, lifecycle activities, and cross-team initiatives while maintaining a healthy, scalable portfolio. You’ll bridge Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Support, and Sales to improve collaboration and execution. • Drive operational execution across the product lifecycle ensuring cross-functional topics are executed efficiently and on time
• Coordinate sustaining portfolio activities including product changes, lifecycle risks, product availability, and compliance updates
• Own coordination of product change processes (PCNs, substitutions, redesigns, end-of-life)
• Ensure smooth transition from new product introduction into sustaining lifecycle management and act as interface between Product Management and stakeholder teams
• Monitor portfolio health, track risks and open actions, and prepare recommendations for decisions and escalations
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and collaboration across stakeholder groups

• Experience in product lifecycle management, product operations, project management, or similar cross-functional roles
• Technical acumen to collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain and understand impact of product-related changes
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and drive actions to closure in a structured, timely manner
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
• Clear communication and ability to align stakeholders and escalate when needed
• Proactive, persistent, and capable of ownership from problem identification through resolution
