Overview

As Sr. Product Manager for Fiscal & Legal, you own end-to-end delivery for the fiscal/legal domain, enabling compliance across markets. You’ll collaborate with engineering, compliance, and customer success to translate regulatory needs into shippable work on our API-first platform. You’ll balance roadmap priorities with ongoing compliance work as Apaleo expands to new territories. Your work directly supports rapid country launches and scalable governance. You’ll shape a framework that accelerates compliant expansion and delivers measurable impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end delivery for fiscal/legal product crews (e.g., invoicing or taxation)
Translate roadmap priorities into well-scoped work for engineering
Balance feature delivery with regulatory/compliance work across markets
Write clear specs and define done criteria with impact analysis
Partner with engineering as a technical collaborator and understand API-first architecture
Shield the team from noise to maintain delivery predictability
Collaborate with customer success, compliance, and engineering to translate needs into deliverables
Support rapid country launches and expansion into new markets

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–4 years of Product Manager experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up
Strong execution mindset with ownership of product area
Comfort with API-first products and ability to discuss architecture with engineers
Sharp prioritisation instincts and ability to say no to non-great ideas
Genuine curiosity for complex domains and detail-oriented approach
Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
