Program Manager – Contracts & EU Chips Act

In this Program Manager role, you will oversee contractual, commercial, and relationship activities with suppliers, government bodies, and international organisations to develop European contracts and services in the semiconductor sector. You will engage with EU funding and regulatory frameworks, notably the EU Chips Act, to drive compliant, value-driven program outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams to navigate complex contracts and ensure alignment with company goals. This position offers a chance to influence European semiconductor programs at scale and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Manage contractual, commercial, and relationship activities with suppliers, government bodies, and international organisations for European contracts and services
• Engage with EU funding programs and regulatory requirements (EU Chips Act)
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant contract delivery
• Develop and oversee European contracts and service engagements in the semiconductor domain

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in government contract negotiation and management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret contractual and regulatory documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related industries
• Knowledge of EU government funding programs (EU Chips Act)
• Additional language skills such as German or French preferred
