Project Planning Manager (f/m/d)

As Project Planning Manager, you will develop and maintain the Bogies sub-system schedule to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets. You collaborate with international project teams across sites and with suppliers to align commitments and mitigate risks. You contribute to Earned Value Management and adapt planning processes to improve templates and practices. This role blends engineering, planning, and program management within a leading green mobility company, offering growth across a global, cross-functional environment.

• Build and maintain the Bogies sub-system schedule using the internal WBS and stakeholder inputs
• Ensure alignment of commitments across internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze schedules to identify delays and critical paths; implement risk mitigation strategies
• Organize and lead periodic project schedule sessions for the area of responsibility
• Provide timely schedule progress updates and highlight variances and risks
• Support the sub-system manager on schedule-related issues
• Contribute to return of experience (REX) initiatives and share best practices
• Contribute to the Project Time Management Plan defined by the Lead Unit Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM)

• Degree in engineering, business, or equivalent
• Experience in project scheduling; scheduling certification or project scheduler experience is a plus
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and industrial planning routines
• Familiarity with earned value management and risk analysis
• Structured, process-oriented with strong multi-tasking and conflict management
• Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-site, cross-functional team
• Willingness to travel occasionally and engage in continuous learning and development
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
