Regional Sales Director DACH

In this role you drive regional growth in DACH for a leading data-focused services firm. You will own the sales process, build executive-level client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to tailor solutions. You’ll shape proposals, handle pricing discussions, and push opportunities through to closure while representing the firm’s capabilities. You will work with partners and clients to deliver value at scale, with significant travel and remote work flexibility. This is an opportunity to influence regional strategy and client outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Prospect and qualify new clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Identify decision makers and build relationships with client organizations
• Coordinate meetings between clients and company leaders to shape proposals
• Contribute to pricing and negotiate engagements to reach favorable terms
• Present a professional image aligned with client and firm branding
• Deliver client retention through new products and enhanced relationships
• Collaborate with internal staff to meet client needs and coordinate debriefs
• Act as Client Partner within engagements and join steering committees
• Develop and manage partner relationships and joint account strategies
• Attend industry events to identify market trends and opportunities
• Forecast sales targets and report progress to leadership
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and manage pipelines
• Provide sales-focused training and mentoring to internal teams
• Research company capabilities and ensure alignment with goals and culture

• Minimum of three years selling services for a global consulting firm
• Demonstrated knowledge of systems integration and data management concepts
• Ability to build relationships at all levels within client accounts
• Proven track record of identifying and selling new project opportunities
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German
• Willingness to travel up to 90% (Mon–Thu)
• Candidate must reside in Germany
