Remote Health Monitoring / Telecare Sales - Germany

In this role you will lead growth for a sensor-based home health monitoring portfolio in Germany. You will build and manage a partner network, drive multi-channel sales, and collaborate with HQ abroad during evaluations. The position is home-office based with significant travel and potential remit expansion after initial success. You will engage municipalities, telecare dealers, distributors, and healthcare providers to generate opportunities and hit targets. This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology space.

• Identify and qualify partners, distributors, dealers, and OEM customers across Germany
• Develop and manage a network of channel partners for current and future products
• Generate interest and support evaluations with potential B2B customers and HQ
• Monitor partner and distributor performance and adjust sales targets
• Participate in conferences, events, webinars, and marketing activities
• Seek sales opportunities across municipalities, telecare, nurse call, alarm, and senior care providers

• Around 5 years of B2B sales/ biz-dev experience in the German market
• High motivation, energy, and willingness to travel up to 50% per month
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent English and German communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong network with municipalities, telecare dealers, distributors, health insurance, and key opinion leaders
