Senior Designer Mechanical (m/f/d)

In this role you will design and maintain 3D CAD models and complex machine assemblies, supporting projects from concept to production. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative mechanical solutions. You will use Autodesk Inventor and Vault to create and manage documentation, BOMs, and engineering data, while contributing to continuous improvement of design processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape machinery solutions within a cross-functional team.

• Create and maintain 3D CAD models and complex machine assemblies with Autodesk Inventor
• Produce and update 2D technical drawings
• Develop and implement design solutions, selecting and integrating purchased components
• Create and manage bills of materials, manufacturing documents, and engineering data
• Provide technical support to production, project management, and key account teams
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to drive project execution
• Participate in development projects and drive continuous improvement of design processes

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or Technician qualification
• Several years of experience as a Mechanical Designer
• Professional experience with special-purpose machinery is an advantage
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Very good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor; knowledge of Autodesk Vault is an advantage
• Knowledge of sheet metal design is an advantage
