Senior Director Operations Installation Services

As Senior Director Operations Installation Services, you will own the strategic direction and financial performance of Exentec’s Installation Services in Europe from Germany. You will manage end-to-end P&L, lead a senior organization, and ensure delivery excellence in a project-driven environment. You will oversee governance, HR, finance, subcontracting, and client management, aligning with Exyte’s corporate strategy. This role offers impact through regional market development and operational scaling in high‑tech buildings.

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the Installation Services business in alignment with Exentec’s strategy and long-term objectives across Europe.
• Hold full global P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance steering, and capital allocation with transparent governance and reporting.
• Lead and develop high-performing management and leadership teams across the region.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement at the business level through scalable processes and effective subcontractor management.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and stakeholder management including current client relationships, HR, and finance, with responsibility for subcontracting governance.

• 15+ years of experience in project-driven environments with leadership in MEP/mechanical and high-tech buildings.
• Proven track record in senior roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and financial acumen with hands-on leadership and high accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, complex problem-solving in operational topics, and experience in global/matrix environments.
• Fluency in English and German; willingness to travel within the region.
