Senior Estimator - Infrastructure (Fully Remote)

• Lead the production of accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans for major infrastructure projects.
• Act as an embedded resource or part of the Estimating Hub to support multiple clients across rail, airports, highways, power, water, or utilities.
• Manage the full estimating process from order of magnitude through detailed first-principles estimates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
• Previous success delivering estimating or QS services in large project environments.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS/CIOB/ACostE) or working towards chartered status.
