Senior Expert Corporate Lean and Production Management (m/f/d)

In this role you will advance Lean Design and Lean Construction across international projects, driving implementation, training, and tool optimization. You’ll build high-performing teams and serve as the main Lean contact on projects, shaping production control and delivery methods. The position combines hands-on application, cross-functional collaboration, and change leadership to scale Lean practices globally.

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across all project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte standard software
• Train project teams and key users on Lean methods and tools
• Continuously improve standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive transformation and development of high-performance teams through Lean principles
• Act as the primary point of contact for Lean Design and Construction topics on projects

• Degree in engineering or project management
• Extensive expertise in Lean principles
• 10+ years of construction project experience with Lean delivery methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops and trainings
• Hands-on mentality with motivation to drive sustainable improvements
• Willingness to travel up to five days per week to project sites
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
