Senior Expert - Energy Grid Solver & Calculations (all genders)

In thisSenior Expert role you drive electrical power system engineering and develop mathematical solvers for grid models. You work within a cross-functional engineering squad to evolve backend, frontend, and data workflows that deliver strong customer value. You will shape models and calculation methods for asymmetric grid structures, contributing to scalable, state-of-the-art solutions. • Design and implement electrical engineering workflows and mathematical solvers
• Develop backend solutions to evolve the product in an agile setting
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads (backend, frontend, DevOps, design, product)
• Contribute to models and calculation methods for grid analyses and asymmetrical structures
• Translate state-of-the-art engineering concepts into robust software
• Maintain high code quality through CI/CD, tests, and reviews

• Background in electrical engineering with deep knowledge of distribution systems and equipment modeling
• Experience with calculation methods for grid calculations (multi-formulation power flow, short-circuit calculations)
• Programming experience (5+ years) in Python and ideally C++, Go, or Rust
• Knowledge of software design and architecture for large-scale projects
• English level C1, business fluent
