Senior Programme Manager

In this role you own a complex delivery programme within Vodafone Business Technology Solutions, guiding it from early opportunity through handover to operations. You lead cross‑functional collaboration to secure clear scope, cost, and schedule baselines, manage risks, and deliver on programme commitments with data‑driven reporting. You shape standards, templates, and processes to improve future project outcomes while aligning with portfolio goals. This position offers impact across data centre projects and blended engineering tasks within a global technology environment.

• Project controls execution: implement cost and schedule management for assigned project(s) and support planning to establish baselines
• Change management / forecasting: apply change practices and capture related activities
• Reporting: build dashboards for real‑time cost and schedule visibility and standardize reports for senior management
• Analysis and tracking: perform trend analysis, assess performance, update stakeholders on forecasts and risks
• Risk assessment: identify risks and lead contingency management for projects
• Other delivery support as needed
• Align projects with portfolio/goals and objectives
• Develop standards, templates, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
• Develop risk management templates and management plans
• Create budgeting/forecasting templates and reporting
• Optimize project strategies to improve future outcomes

• 5–10 years in Data Center fitout and related systems (Structured Cabling, Equipment Racks, rPDU, Power and Cooling)
• Project management skills: planning/scheduling, cost management, contract and change management
• Strong understanding of WBS and project coding and cost management processes
• Knowledge of Data Center technology fitout and construction methodologies
• Risk management expertise
• Supplier management experience in construction delivery
• Problem solving in cross‑functional environments
• BIM software knowledge (Revit, Navisworks Freedom 2024/25, AutoCAD 2018) is a plus
• Advanced MS Office
• CDCP or equivalent certifications
• PMBOK / PRINCE2 Practitioner
• ITIL v3/4 desirable
• Fluent English and Mandarin; German preferable
