In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical and key operational roles at Black Semiconductor. You will partner with hiring managers to define strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and make informed hiring decisions. You will drive data-driven improvements to recruitment processes and leverage AI to increase efficiency and consistency. • Develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies for technical and business roles
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for operational and specialized roles (engineering, R&D, IC design, process development, manufacturing)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on strategies, and support hiring decisions
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and documentation using data and AI to boost efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle processes
• Monitor semiconductor hiring trends, market developments, and competitor activity to keep recruitment competitive

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or at least 5 years of TA experience in a high-growth environment
• Ideally 5+ years recruiting in semiconductor, photonics, robotics, or broader manufacturing
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and relationship-build with technical talent for current and future needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Analytical approach to recruitment using data and metrics to improve processes
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
