Senior Recruiter (m/w/d)

As a Senior Recruiter, you partner with stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies and lead end-to-end recruitment across regions. You act as a trusted, consultative partner, driving a premium candidate and client experience. Your strong sourcing and process skills ensure account growth and successful hires. You will mentor juniors and share recruitment expertise within a collaborative, cross-functional team. This role offers impact through strategic talent acquisition and process excellence.

• Partner with Hiring Manager groups to deliver full recruitment cycles
• Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and candidate attraction strategies
• Decide and execute recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, assessment, and short-listing
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels with Hiring Managers
• Promote best practices throughout the recruitment process and ensure premium candidate experience
• Support and mentor junior team members to develop skills and knowledge

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO)
• Consultative recruitment experience across HR, business, and candidates
• Experience engaging Senior Leadership in recruitment
• Proven track record of creative and innovative hiring strategies
• Experience with D&I sourcing techniques
• Problem solver mindset with a drive for results and learning
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
