Senior Specialist Workplace Management - Multimedia Operations & Service Delivery (m/f/d) x2

In this role, you ensure reliable day-to-day multimedia service delivery across adidas workplaces in Germany, driving operational excellence for AV, digital signage and collaboration environments. You will perform hands-on support, incident resolution, and governance to maintain room readiness and service stability while enabling seamless user experiences. You will contribute to project-to-operations handovers and knowledge management to sustain future-ready multimedia services. This position places you at the core of delivering high-quality workplace technology in a global brand context.

• Handle ServiceNow ASPEN tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate critical issues to Operations Manager
• Run daily multimedia operations: room readiness checks, system health monitoring, incident investigations, and scheduled maintenance for AV systems
• Support digital signage, collaboration spaces, and event areas with multimedia capabilities
• Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex AV and digital signage issues, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, asset data, and knowledge bases
• Assist with project-to-operations handovers by validating documentation, training needs, and readiness
• Support events with readiness checks and system validation during peaks
• Assist Manager Operations in identifying tools, access rights, and vendor information to resolve incidents effectively
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, feeding them into service improvement and maintenance planning
• Ensure lessons learned are reflected in service standards and future documentation

• Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent in Media Technology, AV Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field
• More than 3 years of professional AV technology experience
• Experience with enterprise AV systems, meeting room tech, LED solutions, and collaboration platforms
• Beneficial training in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Dante, AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Yamaha or similar

• Advanced understanding of workplace multimedia systems and AV signal flow
• Knowledge of digital signage, AV control systems, and audio DSP
