Senior Specialist Workplace Management - Multimedia Projects & Integration (m/f/d) x2

In this role, you act as the senior technical expert for workplace multimedia projects within Adidas’ Workplace Management team, focusing on AV commissioning, validation, and handover. You will deliver advanced multimedia solutions for meeting rooms, event venues, and large-scale environments, ensuring quality, supportability, and operational readiness. You’ll work across cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate testing, documentation, and vendor actions, driving reliable, scalable multimedia experiences. This is a hands-on role at scale, shaping how Adidas communicates and collaborates across spaces and events.

• Lead technical implementation activities for multimedia projects and venue upgrades
• Act as the AV and Multimedia Commissioning Expert for various spaces
• Support commissioning strategies, plans and validation procedures
• Perform FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing and operational readiness reviews
• Drive issue resolution during commissioning and coordinate actions with vendors and stakeholders
• Coordinate technical project activities with planners, integrators, vendors, Tech teams, Operations and stakeholders
• Ensure completion and handover of technical documentation and asset information
• Validate supportability, monitoring requirements and lifecycle readiness before go-live
• Support Project Delivery Technicians and knowledge transfer across the organization

• Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience in Media Technology, AV Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering or related field
• More than 3 years in the multimedia field
• Experience with enterprise AV systems, meeting room technologies, LED solutions and collaboration platforms
• Experience working with consultants, planners, integrators and technology vendors
• Experience leading or supporting commissioning, acceptance, technical validation and operational handover activities
• Fluent in English and German
