Senior Staff Digital Verification Engineer (f/m/d)

In this role you will lead verification efforts for sensor-focused IC designs in automotive and industrial markets. You will build and optimize verification environments, mentor the team, and drive efficient workflows across multi-disciplinary projects. You’ll work to ensure high-quality, reusable verification environments and methods, collaborating with digital/analog, architecture, and test engineering teams. • Lead project planning and execution as verification lead with other verification engineers
• Set up complex verification environments, components and testcases for automotive IC designs with IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 context
• Model analog blocks and setups for analog mixed-signal simulations; run co-simulations
• Establish and enforce best practices for verification methodologies
• Contribute to verification strategy to boost efficiency and meet schedules
• Collaborate across disciplines to enable parallel verification with design efforts
• Establish consistent, efficient project workflows
• Mentor team members to raise capabilities and efficiency
• Support development and enhancement of verification quality procedures
• Support selection of verification IP and evaluation of new tools/workflows
• Provide feedback to improve existing verification environments for reusability

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or comparable)
• Expert knowledge in functional verification of IC designs (10+ years)
• Expert knowledge in UVM and constrained random verification with regressions
• Advanced development and management of verification environments, components, and verification IP
• Significant experience in analog mixed-signal modeling and verification
• Basic knowledge in formal verification and SystemVerilog assertions
• Knowledge of MCU verification and hardware/software co-simulation
• Good documentation skills and willingness to document per automotive processes (IATF 16949, ISO 26262)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn new methods and work in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment
• Fluent English in text and speech
• Proven record of technical publications/presentations (a plus)
