Senior Staff Engineer Analog Verification Methodology (f/m/div)

In this role you advance Infineon’s IC design methodology for analog verification, shaping high-impact projects within a global R&D team. You will support quantum computing initiatives and ensure efficient use of tools and environments across design teams. You consult on design projects, deliver fast fixes, and collaborate with tool providers while developing clear specifications and trainings. This position offers the chance to influence verification practices at scale and contribute to cutting-edge technology.

• Support, maintain and improve IC design methodology with focus on analog verification
• Provide Quantum Computing support
• Advise chip design projects on proper tool usage and methodology
• Collect requirements and implement fast solutions (hot fixes)
• Collaborate with internal and external tool/methodology providers to enhance solutions
• Create and maintain specifications and documentation
• Conduct trainings for design flow and tool users

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar
• More than 5 years of experience in analog IC design and analog verification
• Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional/international collaboration
• Very good knowledge in Cadence Virtuoso and ADE is a plus
• Knowledge of AI/ML is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English; German is a plus
