Senior Territory Manager Industrial Hydraulics (m/f/d)

As a Senior Territory Manager you drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and East-European countries by expanding key accounts and building strong distributor partnerships. You leverage your hydraulics expertise to deliver tailored filtration solutions, improving reliability and reducing contamination for customers. You collaborate with internal teams and distributors to develop projects and provide technical guidance. This role offers field-based autonomy, travel, and a direct link to transforming filtration performance for industrial hydraulics.

• Own and develop your territory, expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities
• Cultivate deep relationships with distributors and align on strategy
• Partner with distributor teams on customer visits, project development, and technical recommendations
• Deliver product training and technical support to maximize distributor effectiveness
• Apply hydraulics knowledge to provide consultative guidance on reliability and contamination solutions
• Collaborate across engineering, product management, customer service, and marketing to meet partner and customer needs

• Solid experience in industrial sales, ideally in hydraulics or fluid power
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving in complex systems
• Track record of consistent sales achievement and customer success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Ability to travel 50%, mainly to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and East-Europe
