Sr. Software Development Engineer - C++ for 3D/Computer Vision (m/f/d)

• Lead design, development, and optimization of core 3D reconstruction and visualization components
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural direction for next-gen photogrammetry workflows
• Mentor team members in clean code, maintainable architecture, testing, and performance
• Develop performant algorithms to process Images, Point Clouds, Textured Meshes, and Gaussian Splats at scale
• Advance research and integration of computer vision, photogrammetry, ML, and computer graphics into the product
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to deliver high-impact features
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, profiling, and continuous improvement processes
• Shape product vision by understanding workflows and challenges of reality capture users

• 5+ years of professional experience in image processing, computer vision, computer graphics, photogrammetry, or related fields
• Expert-level C++ skills (modern standards, performance optimization)
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex software components in production environments
• Experience researching, designing, implementing, testing, debugging in large, shared codebases
• Willingness to grow in team communication and self-leadership with mentoring mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English (German a plus)
