Overview

In this role you design, develop and own back-end subsystems to accelerate SAP workloads on AWS. You will contribute to customer-facing APIs used by millions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your SAP domain expertise and cloud skills enable innovative solutions shaping enterprise cloud adoption. You lead and influence projects with minimal supervision, delivering end-to-end services that scale and perform.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead architecture, design, and proof-of-concept efforts for end-to-end projects
Design, implement, deploy, and maintain distributed system software focusing on security, durability, availability, performance and cost efficiency
Take ownership of complex projects with autonomy and accountability
Communicate strategies with customers and technical teams to align with business goals
Stay current with evolving technologies and integrate new advancements into projects
Apply software engineering best practices to maintain high quality across deliverables

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience programming in at least one modern language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust)
Experience in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or large-scale web applications
Proven ability to deliver complex software systems or lead architecture/design (reliability and scaling)
Expertise in SAP domain including SAP ABAP and knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their infrastructure
