Supervisor Manufacturing

As Manufacturing Supervisor, you lead production teams producing critical diagnostic instruments, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You’ll drive short- to long-term operational plans aligned with plant priorities and DBS-based continuous improvement. You partner to resolve performance gaps, advocate for EHS, and maintain regulatory compliance. This role sits at the heart of a global diagnostics leader, offering impact through scalable, data-driven manufacturing excellence.

• Develop and implement multi-year operational plans aligned to production needs and OTD targets
• Manage staffing, attendance, and resource allocation to support throughput
• Diagnose performance gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPAs
• Champion EHS through proactive safety observations and training
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, GMP standards and maintain audit readiness
• Drive continuous improvement using DBS tools to improve SQDC metrics
• Lead, coach, and develop the team with measurable goals and accountability

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Manufacturing or Engineering with 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience (min. 3 years) in a supervisory or indirect role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations, including planning and supply chain
• Experience in regulated environments (ISO, FDA, GMP/QSR) with solid compliance awareness
• Ability to lead with KPIs and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with DBS/Lean tools (Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen) and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Travel infrequently; ability to lift/move up to 30 kg
