Production Supervisor

In this role you lead and develop a production team to reliably execute the production program. You ensure quality, safety, and efficient use of resources while driving process improvements. You work across Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to bring new projects from concept to serial production and contribute to a lean, CIP-driven manufacturing culture. You will mentor staff, support planning, and uphold the site’s performance goals, with a hands-on leadership style.

• Lead and develop the team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Ensure timely production program execution via optimal use of personnel, equipment, and resources
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy requirements
• Continuously optimize production workflows, KPIs, and processes using Lean Management and CIP
• Conduct team meetings, training, reviews, and development discussions
• Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations
• Contribute to new projects from initiation to serial production and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams

• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift-related leadership
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication, teamwork orientation, and assertiveness
• Experience in the automotive supplier industry and knowledge of serial production processes is advantageous
