As Production Coordinator for International Originals Germany, you support the Munich-based Production Team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across Europe and the US. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track deliverables, enabling cross-functional collaboration on multimedia projects. Your role centers on organizing effectively, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely progress in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a global, collaborative setting where your impact helps drive efficient production workflows.

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team
• Set up internal and external meetings with AV, distribution of documents, and attendance tracking
• Track deliverables and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and production companies
• Organize team activities, agendas, off-sites, and team events

• Experience with multimedia content creation or project management
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high-volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking) and able to take direction in English
• Fluent in German (reading/writing/speaking)
