Systems Engineer - Manufacturing & Transportation - Central Germany

In this role you will act as a trusted technical advisor to German-speaking customers, translating business needs into Fortinet security solutions. You will design and deliver persuasive demos and PoCs, and run training to enable partners and sales teams. You will help shape secure, scalable architectures and influence long-term security strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel to engage customers and partners, driving adoption of Fortinet’s Security Fabric.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase Fortinet technology
• Conduct technical enablement sessions for partners (online and on-site)
• Plan and execute PoCs to validate Fortinet solutions
• Provide technical sales enablement to sales teams with best practices and competitive insights
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Help win strategic customers and accelerate deal cycles through technical leadership

• Hands-on networking and/or IT security experience in vendor, system integrator, service provider, consulting, or enterprise IT
• Pre-sales experience is valuable; strong engineers with customer-facing ambition are encouraged
• Fluency in German and English; ability to present in both languages
• Consultative approach with strong customer focus and ability to articulate Fortinet differentiation
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and industry events
