Territory Systems Engineer, Commercial, Germany

As a Territory Systems Engineer, you act as the technical partner to the Territory Account Executive and channel partners, translating Pure’s vision into value-driven proposals. You provide pre-sales technical support to a high-volume sales territory and empower partner teams to win business with Pure Storage solutions. You validate sizing and architectures, coordinate enablement, and ensure scalable technical resources. This role blends technical depth with partner enablement to accelerate growth and customer success.

• Serve as the primary technical contact alongside the Territory Account Executive in customer engagements
• Empower and coach Partner Systems Engineers to effectively sell and scale with Pure
• Review and validate sizing, quotes, and technical architectures for solutions
• Drive adoption of Pure's sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem
• Coordinate technical enablement activities (bootcamps, events, workshops) for partners
• Act as a technical go-to adviser, routing complex inquiries to SEs, help desk, or PTM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the TAE and Channel Partners to support closed deals

• Foundational B2B technical support or pre-sales experience
• Familiarity with the enterprise storage market and IT infrastructure architectures (preferred)
• Collaborative mindset with sales partners to achieve shared goals
• Self-motivated, proactive, quick to learn complex concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate technical value
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
