Job Title : Administrative Assistant
LOB : Global Corporate & Investment Banking
Location : Amsterdam
Calendar management across multiple bankers, including organising internal and external meetings (in-person, conference and video), including cross-border collaboration
Arrange travel and manage expenses
Organising client and team events (e.g. client breakfast, client dinners and team events)
Act as a key point of contact for the team and visitors (internal & external)
Maintain and update CRM database
Support onboarding of new joiners and offboarding leavers processes
Ensure appropriate handling of confidential and personal data in line with internal policies
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently and make decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, internally and externally
Professional, calm and discreet approach, with a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Collaborative team player with a flexible approach and willingness to provide broader team support
Experience supporting teams within financial services or investment banking
Comfortable working across international teams and coordinating cross-border activities
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); with familiarity or some experience in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and expense management tools (e.g. Concur) considered a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Flexible approach to working hours, with occasional need to support business requirements outside standard office hours
Exposure to senior leadership within a leading global banking environment
