Your role

As Technical Sales Support, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships with our dealers and distribution partners across Germany. In this role, you will act as a trusted commercial and technical sparring partner, supporting customers with product knowledge, practical advice, and first-level technical guidance on our irrigation solutions.

Based in Frankfurt am Main, you will combine office-based sales support activities and remote technical customer support visits to customers and partners throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with existing dealers and contributors.


• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and market share.


• Support partners with product knowledge, technical guidance, training, and commercial advice.


• Provide first-level technical support to dealers and customers, including helping them understand product applications, installation requirements, and solution possibilities.


• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations and commercial agreements.


• Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Product Management, and your international colleagues.


• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Support, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.


• Experience working with dealers and distributors is preferred.


• Experience within agriculture, irrigation, horticulture, technical products, or related industries is preferred.


• Experience in technical customer support, technical sales support, field support, or a similar customer-facing technical role is an advantage.


• Able to translate technical product information into clear, practical advice for dealers, distributors, and end customers.


• Strong relationship management and communication skills.


• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.


• Fluent German and good English language skills.


• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany.


• Residence within commuting distance from Frankfurt am Main.
