Territory Manager, Utah South

Stellenbeschreibung:

Overview

Prospecting New Business: You’re driving up driveways, attending local cattle auctions, meeting with local Livestock, Cattlemans, and Stockmans associations, and building your new business pipeline through outbound lead generation. You’ll also field inbound leads in a timely manner while prioritizing administrative tasks alongside field activities.

In-Field Sales: You engage directly with customers in ranch settings and discuss Halter over coffee, at a kitchen table, in a horse saddle, or on a pasture vehicle. You’ll meet potential customers in the field and illustrate Halter’s value before presenting solutions.

Expanding Existing Opportunities: You actively grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities to increase value over time. You recognize that not every rancher will collar all of their cows and view this as a path to achieving your goals.

Hitting Sales Targets: You embrace high-growth targets, manage an effective pipeline, and qualify leads decisively. You balance closing today’s deals with planning for next month.

Customer Account Management: Post-sale relationship building is key. You maintain ongoing customer satisfaction, provide support, and address challenges with Halter’s products. You ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding and deployment to maximize value.

Territory Ownership: You take ownership of your territory and treat every area as important. You represent Halter in local, state, and federal engagements and build lasting relationships with regional agricultural groups.

Customer Onboarding: You own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation even when coordinating with other Halter teams.

Field Learnings & Feedback: You serve as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback, advocating for customer needs within your territory.

Collaborating with Support Teams: You collaborate across Halter to resolve customer issues quickly, escalating as needed to ensure strong support in your territory.

Attending Industry Events: You participate in industry and Halter events to generate leads, deepen relationships, and expand Halter’s market presence through demonstrations and networking.

Contributing to the US Sales Strategy: You work with the broader team to optimize the sales process for the US market and help drive efficiencies as the team scales.

  • Territory Management experience: Experience managing a large territory with emphasis on sales and customer success, ideally within agriculture or technology.
