Treasury Manager Liquidity Management, Vice President

As part of the Global Treasury team, you will lead the development and enhancement of State Street Bank International’s liquidity framework. You’ll engage with senior executives and coordinate global stakeholders to ensure robust liquidity governance and regulatory compliance. You’ll shape stress testing, funding planning, and data analytics to support senior decision-making. This role offers exposure to Board-level discussions and a chance to drive impactful liquidity risk improvements in a global bank.

• Advance the liquidity risk governance framework, policies, and procedures to align with best practice and regulator expectations
• Oversee liquidity stress testing design, scenario analysis, and risk review across SSBI
• Lead development and maintenance of Internal Funding Plan and Contingency Funding Plan, including forecasting and regulatory submissions
• Drive data, analytics, and automation for liquidity risk management and reporting
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into practical policies and controlled processes
• Provide sound judgement to support regulatory compliance and management decision-making
• Monitor and communicate liquidity risks to senior management and governance bodies
• Foster a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and strong controls

• Extensive experience in bank liquidity and funding risk management, including stress testing and forecasting
• Solid understanding of European banking regulation and liquidity governance
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
• Typically 6+ years in banking, treasury, liquidity risk, or related control function
• Experience in producing management information, senior committee materials, and stress testing analyses
• Strong data governance and data quality awareness; model ownership
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx or similar tools
