Customer Success & Digital Account (m/f/d)

As a Digital Sales Specialist for Italy, you drive sales and profitability of Technogym's digital offerings across software, hardware, and devices. You will support Field Sales in pre-sales, train on the Wellness Network, and proactively visit prospects to sell software solutions. You’ll promote adoption of the Mywellness platform through education, and share best practices from customer cases to prove value. You also manage forecasting and strive to maximize customer satisfaction and usage.

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for digital offerings (software, hardware, devices)
• Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities and deliver product training on Wellness Network
• Define target prospects and customers and proactively visit to sell software solutions
• Educate and activate customers via e-learning, live education, and tutoring to maximize Mywellness usage
• Build best-practice playbooks from successful customer cases to demonstrate value
• Provide reliable forecast and pipeline management
• Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction

• Minimum of 3 years in digital sales or a related field
• Excellent English proficiency and knowledge of digital products and market trends
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and benchmarking
• Demonstrated project management and goal orientation
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
