Workday Delivery / Project Manager Role

In this role, you guide large-scale Workday HR transformations for global clients, leading the delivery of cloud-based HR solutions. You will work within Accenture’s Workday Practice to drive rapid deployments and end-to-end transformations that maximize ROI. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Workday modules and HR processes. You’ll participate in workshops, mentor functional consultants, and transfer expertise across onshore and offshore teams. • Lead Workday HCM project implementations leveraging strong project and stakeholder management
• Act as a business advisor to diagnose value and ROI of Workday implementations
• Coordinate, facilitate and host workshops to align design with future HR vision
• Manage, coach and connect onshore and offshore functional consultants
• Transfer knowledge internally at Accenture and externally to clients
• Support rapid deployments and end-to-end HR transformations

• Certifications in one or more Workday functional modules (e.g., Workday HCM Core Services; Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence)
• Deep understanding of interdependencies between main Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking)
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel as required and manage client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• 5–10 years’ experience in HR system implementation or process modelling
• Up-to-date Workday certifications
• Fluency in another European language
