Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Scheduling

Stellenbeschreibung:

Hybrid (On Site / Home Office). We are looking for you to join our team at our Monheim am Rhein location as soon as possible to support our Professional Services department.

Responsibilities

  • Communication and scheduling with clients in the services sector
  • Primary point of contact for clients regarding order processing
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Professional Services
  • Monitoring and managing service contracts
  • Supporting trainers and consultants in order planning

Qualifications

  • Completed business education studies and relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications (MS Office, SAP)
  • Very good German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Committed and strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills with a proactive approach
  • Strong customer focus (external/internal) and a team player
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and efficient work style
