• Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for enterprise scale
• Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines translating processes and standards into machine-executable workflows
• Establish trusted AI engineering environments with governance, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability
• Implement evaluation and security mechanisms including automated testing, architecture compliance, and red-teaming for AI systems
• Translate complex business requirements into machine-readable structures (architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, business rules)
• Embed AI sustainably into existing landscapes and translate vision into measurable business impact

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLM-based apps, AI agents, ML platforms)
• Familiarity with modern software delivery approaches (DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, platform engineering)
• Knowledge of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in interdisciplinary, global teams
• Fluency in German and English
